How Much Can I Give – And What Is the Tax Credit?
Under Elections Canada rules, in 2025 you may contribute:
- Up to $1,750 to a federal political party, and
- Up to $1,750 (combined) to one or more EDAs, nomination contestants, and/or candidates.
Political contributions at the federal level also come with a generous tax credit. In many cases, up to 75% of your donation is returned to you as a non-refundable tax credit.

A portion of each item’s price will count as a political contribution to your chosen EDA.
2. Join Our Monthly “Evergreen Supporters” Circle
Monthly contributions – even modest ones – create a stable foundation for pre-campaign work, training new volunteers, printing materials, and reaching every part of our region.
